Pamela has been my insurance advisor since I was in my early 20s when I just started having a job. It has been more than 10 years now. While she is my insurance advisor, she is more like a friend to me. I wasn’t earning much at the beginning and she was understanding about it. She didn’t pressure me to take up any insurance that was not relevant for me at that time, just the ones I needed. She always advises me on what is the best for me and how to save so that I have enough money to also put food on the table. She genuinely cares about me like a big sister too, as she doesnt just care about my insurance-related aspects but my life in general. She always tries her best to avail herself to have a call or a meetup. She also patiently helps me with any questions that I have regarding my insurance, takes care of it efficiently, and helps me to process my claims fast. She always never fail to make me laugh and I really enjoy the meetups with her. All in all, she is a reliable insurance advisor and a good friend to have. I have introduced my friends to her and will continue to do so, as that’s how good she is in my opinion.
